aSpect Systems supports customers all over the world around the clock for many years now. A typical long term support can be serviced in different stages:

Post Installation Support
The ramp up phase after installation of a complex system is accompanied by our engineers. We adjust features to force your application running in short term and fulfill your milestones.

Laboratory Support
In most cases we do have your hardware and software configuration as support system in house. We can reconstruct and analyse your state of operation and send you quick feedback to your requests.

Remote Support
In our experience 90% of all requests can be services by a remote connection to your system, telephone or eMail. Configuration files, measurement sequence or firmware can be easiliy updated.

Free Upgrade
Service Minor changes and feature upgrades are delivered for free.

Maintenance Service
We are open to agree a suitable maintenance program with you.

Spare Part Service
Main products can be delivered as spare part from store. Application specific modules are manufactured in spare with low expenditure.
